Ethics Statement

At Consultants in Gastroenterology and the Endoscopy Center, we believe every patient is a unique and special person who deserves our full consideration.  We believe patients have a fundamental right to considerate care that safeguards their personal dignity and respects their cultural, psychosocial and spiritual values.  Patients may express spiritual beliefs and cultural practices that do not harm others or interfere with medical therapy.  Consultants in Gastroenterology and the Endoscopy Center has an ethical responsibility to our patients and the community we serve to safeguard their privacy and confidentiality.  The Endoscopy Center was established to provide a personalized environment for endoscopic procedures at lower costs and with improved convenience.  Consultants in Gastroenterology and the Endoscopy Center bills patients only for services and care provided.  Our marketing practices are conducted in an ethical manner.
