5330 North Oak Trafficway, Suite 100

From KCI Airport, take I-29 South to North Oak Trafficway.  Go North on North Oak Trafficway to the cross street of NE 54th Street (the third stoplight from I-29).   Turn left at the stoplight into the medical park.  The office is in the first building on the left hand side.  Creekwood Building 4.

From I-70 West, go past the sports complex to 435 North.  Follow 435 North to 210 Highway West.  Follow 210 Highway West to the third stoplight.  At that light, turn right onto I-29 North (immediately past the restaurant - this exit is not very clearly marked).  Take I-29 North to North Oak Trafficway.  Go North on North Oak Trafficway to the cross street of NE 54th Street (the third stoplight from I-29).   Turn left at the stoplight into the medical park.  The office is in the first building on the left hand side.  Creekwood Building 4.
